Uncanny your a legend Vimmy!

My only crit is she could do with a slightly more obvious gap in her front teeth, it looks like one big tooth at the moment.

Love the style and shading, really cool

It would be ace to see a screen grab of your light setup or even better your skin settings I am guessing it's Vray again? are you using an HDR image or sIBL setup?

Hehe yea, you totally right about the teeth Lee, accualy those a low mesh one with a simple sss2 shader. quick one. i will work on final one, as soon as i can.

For the screen, as i said, pretty simple for the moment, i'haaven't start to work on scatter color map of spec yet, i should start that soon i guess. so nothing really special on setup, it very simple.

anyways thank Lee i appreciate

Thanks for the settings shot Vimmy, it's incredible how simple the scene is yet the render quality and model looks superb.

This is fantastic sam! you're totally inspiring me to finish old long lost projects!
soooo cool! top notch style you've been developing here!
Thanks for posting your setup too!
I might have to try my hand at rendering stuff in max. Vray for max renders hair right? vray for maya seems to be struggling with that.

Looking good Vimmy, You should look into moving to 2.2 gamma. You will find your textures wont be so washed out.

Vimmy - You are so good I could cry.

I wish I could offer any constructive feedback, but I really can't. Please just keep making things!

Infinite: yea you can do very cool stuff with pretty simple setup in vray, but still, like all renderer it all return to a question or tweaks, and knowing what to tweak to get what you want... and knowing what you want to hehe . But i guess you know that more than me hehe

Pascal: Oui je suis en train de bosser sur ses nouvelle prothèse dentaire. Enfin pour les setups, bon bien sa peut aider, hehe malgrés que la plupard tu temps c'est rarement transposable.

tiktok; Hehe I'm glad to hear that man, yea i think vray render hair, the 3ds one, but i'haven't try it yet. But i think the new maya sp1 version have update that i think, again not sure. thank man

MikeN: Well actually this wash out effect is cause simply by my setup light and map and not from the gamma corection. i think i use with my 1.6 gamma a 0.68 value or something for all texture slot. and not 0.4545. so it more a desired effect for the moment, kinda add a movie mysterious global light. i kinda like that. even if it in wip. Anyways thank for you comment miken

Manuel Poehlau: thank man

moonjam: it Good to see you here Alex, and i'm glad you like it yea i should post more...soon
