Mass Effect / Goraaz

Hello! Thanks for setting up a contest with a very cool topic. I didn't know about this contest until somebody linked it in PC a few days ago so I'm a bit late to say the least. I'll do my best to make it until the deadline though.

Here is what I have so far. I figured that I wanted to do a female alien character this time with a human face, kind of like the asari. Her body is fairly human except from the two extra arms with 3 fingers on each(now removed), the tentacles and klingonish shapes on the head
I haven't come up with a background story or a name yet. She is a bounty hunter who makes use of all her arms though. The higher arms for holding rifles and the lower ones for holding short-distance weapons like knifes etc;

Here is an update. I started working on the head sculpt today and I'm going for a african'ish look;

Its a good idea, perhaps the gun pouches could be further down her thighs or are swords going to go there?

Thanks, tonytrout. I agree with you, I moved down the pouches a bit(and the belts) and it looks better. I also figured that four arms would be a bit too much so I removed the two extra arms and added more fingers to her hands. I'll go with a more star trek'ish sort of make-up instead

Hello, people
I haven't been updating this thread because I realised that I wouldn't have time to finish this character in time before the contest ended. I have however been working on it and I think I'm pretty much finished with the modeling;

Some of her accessories. A gun;

A "physical" omni tool;

And a baton for close combat;
