ZZBrush OSX - opens multiple instances of ZBrush on your mac

Hey all

Not too sure where to post this. Maybe some of you can find this useful. Basically ZZBrush will open multiple instances of ZBrush 4 on your mac.

I'm no programmer and I just altered this guy's Maya applescript to work with ZBrush instead (andrewandoru.com) (http://www.andrewandoru.com/2010/03/03/labs-mayamaya/) so credit goes to him.

Thank you so much!I need that! It's maybe a nonsense dream but is it possible to start a batch render with the first maya for example and simultanesly work with an instance? Of course that should require a lot of hardware capacity. :drool:

Just to be clear, the Maya script isn't mine. It's made by Andrew Hake. I just altered that script to work with ZBrush.

AFAIK it is possible to render in one instance of Maya and work in another. If that's your aim then you may want to look at this script (http://www.andrewandoru.com/labs/renderq/) he has made as you can render in the background and work at the same time. It allows you to specify how many render threads you want to use etc plus all the usual Maya Terminal flags.
