started a new head to model/texture/render quickly to take a break from the marine i was working on
so i found this concept that i liked

Cool start gkaine, is he supposed to be burnt? the skin looks a bit too wrinkly in some area (like top of ears), and I am not sure about the upper lip, is it supposed to be rippped off?
I can't see the reference, do you have any other link for it?

Nice and creepy :) his RHS eye feels somehow disconnected from the rest of the face, could be a shadow or texture thing.
Also the chin looks a bit too busy wrinkles wise compared to the artwork. Keep it going!

agreed on both points, the eye was outve place cause i forgot to move it after symetrizing a new sphere and the chin was too busy, hopefully its better now

yep that looks better, I would add subsurface to soften the wrinkles a bit and get a less plastic feel to the skin and gums.

thanks pascal, do you have any tips or resource sites for sss? i am using it on both renders but its not really showing. this is the first time ive used it so i know only a very little about it

Nice head. I also did a model based off of Keun Chul's work and it's not easy lol.
