Cool start,ok here are some comments:
first I would smooth out some of the eyebrows wrinkles, you would get these more where the eyebrows meet and the skin compress, and then the temple region could be smoother. Are you using some references? Like this one?

Planning on doind the whole body? The neck area would need some tweaks anatomy wise.
