Hi everyone, it's been a while since I start following this forum and it's really unbelivable the amount of top quality works and tips I found here; thanks to all the members!
I wanted to share my latest image; this started out as a doodle, then after some time working on it I felt like it has some potential so I worked on it more seriously.
The idea was to create a fleshy alienish creature, looking for nice patterns and experimenting a bit and of course having some fun :)
I imagined this situation where you are in an alien spaceship and you see around the corner this creature looking at you... and you start thinking "wrong time, wrong place" :)

I used Zbrush, 3dsMax and Vray, Photoshop for post.
Hope you like it!

I love this model clap Very nice shapes going on here, my only crit would be about the skin color that feels a bit uniform ;) For some reason the thighs details feel a bit flatter in the final render than they do in the zbrush screenshots.
I like the contrast you have between the front and back of the model, and that face is so weird:thumbsup:
Well done:dance:

and I agreed with Pascal, a little bit uniform on his skin color/spec. but his details is really nice!! keep it up!

Thanks a lot! Agree with you about the shader of the model; it's not supposed to be skin but I have to admit I didn't plan anything in particular, I just wanted a wet looking kind of material but, without textures as it is, the uniformity is a bit boring... The idea I had was to create a very simple environment to showcase the model and at the same time giving a sort of "emotional" relationship with it and get the viewer involved in a mood, a situation maybe... So texturing him was beyond my intents but for sure, as you said, would be much more realistic.
Thanks guys, very appreciate your feedbacks!
