Hectic. Looking forward to this. Who worked on this? That city scene looks cool.

Everything about this film just looks amazing! Can't wait to see it. Nolan is a genius.

BTW anyone else notice that Joseph Gordon-Levitt (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0330687/) looks a little bit like a certain other actor? Uncanny even...

The more of this I see the more I wish I didn't see it. So that when I watch the movie my mind would have been blown:bouncy:

New character trailer:

Yes indeed! :bouncy: they could certainly work something out!

I have to agree with you Brett, although I don't think they give a way to much with the trailer. I just don't understand why most film distributors or studios behind the film's insist on putting out so much information in their trailers?

T4 was a great example..

What's this? A summer hit with fancy FX AND a plot? Say it ain't so...

This looks sweet!

Chris Nolan, the saviour of the intelligent blockbuster. Planning to see this at the Imax, cannot wait!

ive seen only two shots from the trailer to this film and that was 6 months ago.... or whenever the first teaser came out.

Im already disappointed with myself in viewing them because they were some amazing look shots.

I don't know anything else apart from that, i would rather be surprised when the film comes out.

But those shots has me really psyched.

I am too excited about this movie not to share those vids. Don't watch if you want to keep this movie mysterious (although they don't give away too much here)
Can't wait!!!!!!

saw the movie last weekend and I was a bit...disappointed:confused: Dreams should feel more unstable, the snow part was boring to me. Lots of great ideas but I think it could have been much more than that.
Oh well, too high expectations...

I gotta go see this now. A bunch of people at work saw it and really liked it. Interesting to get your feedback on it too, Pascal!

I'm going to see it one this week, hope its still worth watching, although not like you expected?

And Pascal if you want the real deal you could always buy psychonauts :D
Its properly cheaper than going to the cinema as well, hehe.

I agree that the dreams were a little too coherent. The only film that done dreams or memory right is Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind.

But the snow environment was also my least favourite part of the movie, but there is a reason why its snowy.

Either way im still glad i never seen any of the trailers or images (except for 2) but it wouldnt have matter because they really dont give anything away.

Yea same for me, i'm was kinda disapointed about the overall ambiant... and to see how they can avoid to tall about those concept in a more large perspective...

and yea dream feel just to much like ''reality''. nothing like as you said internal sunshive or even holy montain.

I loved it.

The dreams are there to deceive and are deliberately constructed by the architects. Cobb's team are all consciously in the dream environments too, you could compare it to lucid dreaming and the dreaming most of us experience. Maybe the 'limbo' level should have been more chaotic though :).

The dreams are just a mechanic really, not what the film is exploring in my opinion. So I can see how you might be disappointed if that is what you go in expecting.

Good points you have, although I don't think they needed the dreams to look so realisitic to deceive people, as while dreaming even the weirdest thing seems valid to the mind. Even Cobb says it :)
It is still a good movie with lots of great ideas, I just found myself watching a 100% action movie in some occasions eventhough it was supposed to happen in a dream.

Haha yeah I think I remember that now, he kind of contradicts himself in the lesson with Ellen Page where the projections attack them after she folds the city over etc.

I wanted to reply again after your comment about the action, I actually found that to be the weakest area in the movie, aside from the crazy zero gravity fight, which was fantastic. For me though everything else worked so well I didn't mind that some of the action was a little bland.

Wow, I was expecting a good movie, with a few flaws from some of the comments here, but what I got was one of the absolute best, if not the best movie I've ever seen. It might were off a bit once I see it again on DVD, but I just can't remember the I came out of the cinema, feeling like I did after watching this one.

So I guess that would be a pretty clear 10/10 from me.
