Nice model! A few notes if you don't mind, eyes seem slightly too big, hair look good (what did you use to do them?) maybe add some more above the ear, and I would add some finer bump on the skin to break up the reflections.
The clothing wrinkles look a bit lumpy around the crotch and knees areas :)
