Hi there,

just looking for feedback from expert guys. My first sculpt, from a sphere.

Thanks a lot!

Hey Lluis, welcome to cgfeedback!

So are you trying to model and old man or an angry man? Did you use any photo reference for this one?

I see you wanted to add quite a few wrinkles in there but I would probably focus on the general shapes/ basic planes before going into details. I would get rid of all wrinkles for now and focus on facial anatomy, and for that nothing better than matching a reference as a study.
Have a look in there, I am sure you'll find a great reference to start from :)

And if you have some money to spend, I 'd suggest to buy any of these amazing sculpts:

Thanks Pascal!

Actually, I wasn't pretentoius at all when I grabbed Zbrush. I just started to move polygons from a sphere, without photo reference except for the ears, the toughest part. And I came up with this guy ... and he's angry probably for my bad sculpting.

So I'll try following your recommendations, and start with another model based on a real person, and start learning where every bone and muscle goes.

I've seen the freedom of teach models and they're awesome. I'll try to get a similar one around here, and maybe an anatomy chart.

By the way, thanks for the link, it looks like a wrinkle encyclopedia.
