I love Page's work, and that was a fantastic interview, there was something really inspiring about it. And he just seems like a really cool guy.
I was kinda surprised to hear that they use zbrush/3D that much for concepts? It's somehow always sad to hear it when the traditional methods are being put aside (I mean nothing beats a beautiful pencil drawing), but at the same time it kinda makes sense i guess, must save a lot of time in the production.
Thanks for sharing this link ;)

Now that was a fantastic interview! Full of great insight as well into his own thought process and the future of the industry. It's great to see 3d sculpting being increasingly embraced and legitimized in every corner of the arts, from printing to concept to production. I completely agree and have been saying it for years, that these new tools like zbrush and mudbox are allowing artists to be more creative by breaking down all the technical barriers to realization of their ideas. I don't think that's something he should be afraid to say, because its simply true

Great interview. Very insightful. Better cancel my she-orc in the alps with a sword wearing a g-string project then.
