Nice update, the pose feels quite natural! The upper lip maybe too sharp and the ears/jaw line transition could be smoother. Did you use any photo ref for this one? I like the hand :)

thanks pascal! i tried to adjust some of the things you mentioned, but looking back at the old one it doesnt seem they changed enough. and yes im using photo ref it can be seen here http://www.interesno.dn.ua/images/stories/pricols/fotki/08_05_08/85homo.jpg

Nice, I would still expect more softness on the lower lip but it may be like this on your ref.
The neck looks great.
