I`m pretty good man, been a while :) Btw I`ve seen the avatar trailer looking great ;)

of course, I used mudbox 1.0 for this guy I usually use the same base mesh for the heads. Franky and the male head they both share the same base mesh. I usually soften the mesh alot before I start and play with the form since he was freeform I played with till I am happy, then I emphasize the bone structure I imagined to be a rough character may be like a war veteran or something, once I`m happy with the basic form and detailed I added some wrinkle work, for wrinkles I usually do fast brush strokes pinch them and smooth them and carve more, finally did a really rough pore/mustache look using stamps, and smooth some.
